Meet Aspen – one of the absolute gems of our program! Aspen started out in the racing world as Alabama Ace – he had a semi-successful career and he has even won a stakes race (the Magic City Stakes)! Since then Aspen has become the ultimate lesson horse. He is able to effortlessly pack a rider around a 2’6″ jump course or carry around absolute beginners with care. He’s a favorite pick at the IHSA shows and he is even featured on the Hall of Fame wall in the Ronald Volpe Athletic Center!
