CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. – The Hood equestrian team traveled down to The University of Virginia’s Barracks in Charlottesville, Va. to compete at the Zone IV Finals on April 6, 2019. The top riders from Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, and North Carolina all competed at the Zone Championship horse show.

Hannah Pause competed in the Walk/Trot division. The group’s caliber was outstanding, with only minor mistakes separating the class. Pause pulled University of Virginia’s Forrest and put in a respectable ride, placing tenth in the class. This marks the end of the Hood College Equestrian Team season.
